Delays :
Please note that shipping delays may occur due to carrier issues, weather, holidays, or high demand. The Vault is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier once the package has been handed over.

Incorrect Shipping Information :
Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. The Vault is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

Lost or Stolen Packages :
The Vault is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once they have been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier. If you experience an issue, please contact the carrier directly first.
